Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days after delivery of the product(s) along with the proof of purchase from our online store. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after 30 days. If you have purchased the product(s) from another online retailer or in-store, you will need to return it through that channel.

Products not eligible for a refund
For hygienic purposes, we are unable to refund the following products: Spa Pack and all types of soap bars. Products that are stated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund.

Refund process
Once we receive your return and the product(s) have been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also advise if you refund request has been rejected or approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically be applied to the credit card used for the purchase or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
Although we take every precaution to process your refund within 10 business days (once approved), financial institutions and credit card companies may take up to 30 business days prior to them officially posting it to your account. If you have not received your refund after 30 days and have checked your bank account and credit card company, please contact us

Exchanges are offered to defective or damaged items only. We recommend that you inspect the product(s) upon delivery to ensure the product(s) was not damaged during shipping or has any manufacturer's defect(s). Should you require to exchange your item, please contact us.

You will need to ship the item(s) at your cost and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you reside, it may take extra time for the package to arrive at our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend that you return the package utilizing a trackable service. Do not return any merchandise using air, express, or C.O.D. method.
