What is bamboo charcoal?
Harvested from the rapidly growing Moso Bamboo, its naturally occurring porous structure has millions of microscopic holes which pull and absorb odour and moisture from the air. Protect Your Instrument from High Humidity
Much like a wooden door or window frame that swells and warps during extended periods of high humidity, a wooden instrument is vulnerable to the very same distress. A gloss finish might protect the instrument from impact or liquids, but it is NOT a vapor barrier.

Very often, moisture problems typically go unnoticed until it’s too late. With this in mind, we know it is critical to stay in tune with the needs of your instruments and protect them from the damaging and irreversible effects of humidity and moisture.

Ever Bamboo products have been used and tested to effectively to aid in the process of keeping your solid wood instrument at the proper acceptable humidity range around 55%. It offers both protection from becoming over-humidified, as well as aiding in de-humidifying an instrument that has already seen the effects of prolonged humidity variables. Directions: When storing guitar in case, place 2 pouches by the body of guitar, and one pouch by the neck. Pouches need to be in open sections of the case and / or instrument to be effective. (NOT in accessory case)

Keep in mind, an instrument that has seen extreme levels of humidity for an extended period of time will need several weeks of consistent use to bring it back to its proper humidity level.

We recommend using a hygrometer to monitor relative humidity.
